Hayfever Herbal Tea
This tea can be used to calm any allergic response, be that from pollen, dust, animals or triggers from food intolerances.
If you want to nip hay fever in the bud (excuse the pun), then start drinking the tea daily from 3 months before you normally start getting your hay fever symptoms. I start drinking it in January, and it really stops my hayfever from kicking in in March.
Recommended dose: 3 cups per day.
An easy way to ensure you get those 3 cups is to make up a teapot of cafetiere that you reserve for herbal tea purposes. It can be drunk hot or cold.
